Just moving in this week, so far so good! Very helpful staff, patient and understanding when I was frustrated with utilities! Also, it was nice to see on site maintenance at work while I was there. Very good experience. UPDATE!!! 1 year later and I could not be happier here, friendly helpful staff and clean safe living areas. I really do enjoy living here and being from a small town it was a big change for Me! Thanks for everything guys! Update at the beginning of my 3rd year here, these people care. There are good people living here.There are good people in the maintenance staff.There are good people in the office.I feel very safe and confident in this place and it feels like home.That means a lot to me. I recently had some health concerns and got behind on my rent.And they did everything they could to help me get on top of it. Very kind people here! ♡

Today my significant other and I toured an apartment using a leasing agent. The leasing agent was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the apartment and leasing process and was able to answer all of our questions. The apartments were in great shape that enhanced their uniqueness and you could tell a lot of time and care were put into these homes.

Yesterday was the first time my boyfriend and I have toured any apartments in order to start our new journey together! Devin and Christie were nothing short of amazing. They were chatty with us, very welcoming and it felt so easy going just to talk to them and ask our questions! Devin went above and beyond when answering our questions we had, especially considering we’re new to this and weren’t totally sure what to even ask. The property is beautiful and seems very safe. 10/10 recommend checking them out!

When contacting this place to tour apartments, they responded very quickly! Like I’m talking with 30 minutes to an hour, (which is extremely good especially when I found out there was only one person available to help people) but I was able to get a tour the NEXT day and the staff was very polite! (Devin is the best!) the whole interaction was him being quick and efficient and helping up in any way possible. I had a whole list of questions to ask, and he went over everything and answered every. Single. Question I had without me even asking. I highly recommend checking these apartments out!

I cannot say enough good things about Devin. He was so sweet and patient with me taking the time to explain EVERYTHING. It was refreshing to speak to someone who wasn't just telling you what you want to hear. He truely went above and beyond and if I wasn't so scared to be homeless I would be all set. The propert is really lucky to have this staff member and I hope to work with him in a year.

Update #2: We've been here for a year now. I have no complaints. The biggest plus for me is having the office on site. They are quick to respond to questions & maintenance requests, and are, honestly, just good folk. It's nice, safe, and quite complex. Update: We've been here for a bit over a month and it's all been good. We are happy with our choice. Wonderful experiencing looking for an apartment. Devin was excellent with information, on the tour, and answering any and all questions. Also great with quick email replies and returned calls. (We are working on leasing now.)
